Bára is one of the founding members and a leader of the group. She loves finger cymbals and the energy of the FCBD® Style. She is very demanding to herself as well as to others and takes pride in being able to focus on details and dancing with passion.

Katka

Katka has been dancing since small age together with her older sisters. The dance has remained „the family thing“ for them. When her sisters discovered the ITS (and later the FCBD® Style) in 2010, she jumped right in. The ladies founded Amapola Tribe in 2011, where Katka’s sisters and their mom have been dancing to this day.

Shortly after moving to Prague Katka met Bára and Terka and together they founded Isizwana. The joy of dance and the philosophy of the FCBD® Style are the source of power and self-confidence for her.

Zuzka

Zuzka’s journey towards the FCBD® Style started in 2002 when she discovered classical belly dance. A few years later she saw a picture of an FatChanceBellyDance® dancer and a video of Rachel Brice and she was hooked. For some time she dedicated herself to tribal fusion (danced with Galeb Tribal Ladies group and performed with Yazz a few times) but was attracted to the FCBD® more and more until she made her way into Isizwana. Then she realized she could not live without her FCBD® Style group :).

Also, she cannot live without her family, woodcraft, puppet theater, sewing machine and various craft (mostly tribal dance costume making).

Lenka

Lenka likes mountains, icefalls, lakes and veggie burgers.

She has grown up dancing and doing sports. Besides dancing FatChanceBellyDance® Style with Isizwana she does motion theater and acrobatics with her own group Chick Hypnotic.

Denisa

Denisa has started dancing some time around 2011 to keep keep her sanity during her demanding studies. These days she got so much into dancing that she adapts her studies to the regular training and performance.

Besides dancing she has started to create orignal costumes and jewlery. In creativity trance she is able to keep crafting until she runs out of material (and that can take a looong time (^._.^)ノ). And as you have certainly guessed, she loves cats.

Klára

Klára began to attend oriental dance classes to get rid of back pain. A year later she saw a video of Rachel Brice and immediately fell in love with tribal fusion and joined the Galeb Tribal Ladies group.

FCBD® caught her interest much later. She enjoys being able to dance with anybody without having to learn a choreography.

Magda

Magda likes animals and nature, Prago Union, Die Antwoord, violet color, comics and everything post-apocalyptic. She dances solo at dance events in the Czech Republic and abroad under her artist name Ayala Setara. She teaches tribal fusion in her home mini studio. She performs with her husband in a band called Angelzone (EDM/Trip hop). Besides dancing she does acrobatics and hangs herself on hooks. She co-founded and co-organizes the Czech biggest post-apocalyptic festival Junktown.

Tom

You must be wondering how Tom got into belly dance... His schoolmate once asked him during a chemistry class if he would come and try a belly dance class. Tomáš answered: „Well, why not.“ He tried out a class and stack with it. Later he found a tribal fusion channel on Youtube and got hooked. And as he was curious about the roots of this style, he was quickly set for the FCBD® Style. He enjoys it dearly and rarely missed an opportunity to dance.

Anet

She likes to sleep, to travel and just to chill. She loves water sports, yachting and dance. As a kid she wished for being invisible, now she would prefer being able to travel in time.

At the primary school she tried out classical oriental dance but she felt it was not the right thing for her. After a long break in 2012 she tried the FCBD® Style and it was love on the first step.

VERČA

Veronika fell in love with all sorts of dancing in the ballroom dance classes and discovered belly dance shortly after that. During the following years she tried all the possible dance styles of Middle (and further) East. She currently sticks with the FCBD® Style. She appreciates the use of team work and the „tribe vibe“.

Veronika makes corsets and amulets out of avocado seeds. She dedicates her remaining time to her partner, microdoggie, little son and so on.

Zuzka

In 2004, Zuzka started with a classical belly dance, from which she gradually switched through tribal fusion and bollywood dance to the FCBD Style. She quickly found out that the FCBD Style is the right dance style for her and stayed with it :) .

In addition to dancing, she loves hiking, science fiction, green tea, Bollywood movies and her garden.

Jana

Jana is the smallest and the youngest member of our group. In 2007, she started belly dancing with a childhood enthusiasm. 10 years later, quite by chance she attended FCBD Style lesson and immediately fell in love with it.

Since she was a child, she has been trying to figure out how to divide her time between dancing and scouting, but she has not figured it out yet. So sometimes she dances in a scout and other times she scouts while dancing.
